What happens if I would like to make a booking?

  • Initial enquiry
  • Confirmation of cost and availability
  • Confirmation email which, if requested, will include CRB certificate, copy of pet business insurance certificate and booking forms
  • Introductory meeting and handover of any keys
  • Services can begin

Will you walk my dog off the lead?

We love nothing more than to see dogs running around, playing and exploring together! We just ask that you give us and your dog some time together on their initial walks, prior to being let off the lead, to get to know each other.

Once we feel confident that your dog trusts us and an Off Lead Disclaimer Form has been signed, we will happily walk him or her off the lead.


How can I pay?

We accept cash, cheques and online transfer.

We email an invoice at the end of each calendar month.


Are there any dogs you won’t walk?

We will not walk bitches in season but would be happy to walk them on a one-to-one basis.

We are happy to walk any breed of dog as they will all be assessed during the consultation to ensure they will not put the public, other dogs or us at risk. The following breeds are banned in the UK:

Pit Bull Terrier / Japanese Tosa / Dogo Argentino / Fila Braziliero

The above breeds can only be considered providing they have a ‘Certificate of Exemption’ and due to insurance purposes, may not participate in group walks. Please visit https://www.gov.uk/control-dog-public/banned-dogs for more details about this.


Do you charge to reserve spaces if my pet is away?

Unlike most dog walking companies, we do not charge you to reserve your dogs space. We just ask you give us as much notice as possible so we can plan ahead.
